都是属于ssh服务没有开启
接键盘进到系统，运行 sudo raspi-config 命令
设置ssh enabled 就可以了
推荐用 Raspbian Buster with desktop。
Raspbian Buster with desktop and recommended software 就是在上面的基础上预装了一些软件的。
这个是你解压软件除了问题。
建议还是从官网下载 zip 解压。
