大家好，我是刚刚使用树莓派的新手。我购买了v2摄像头，但是在使用的时候，不能拍照。
已连接摄像头，已开启摄像头。
运行的时候得到这样的错误：
mmal: Cannot read camera info, keeping the defaults for OV5647
mmal: mmal_vc_component_create: failed to create component 'vc.ril.camera' (1:ENOMEM)
mmal: mmal_component_create_core: could not create component 'vc.ril.camera' (1)
mmal: Failed to create camera component
mmal: main: Failed to create camera component
mmal: Camera is not detected. Please check carefully the camera module is installed correctly
我复制它们在英文论坛搜到两种回答，一种是连接问题：但是我已经尝试了四种正反的连接，也确认扣好了连接器。
一种是v2摄像头有问题：有人说拿v2连在树莓派上不工作，另一个型号的摄像头却是工作的。
我也想过会不会是器材是坏的，我是在官方网站指定的网址购买的，都是全新的。
我在插入摄像头的时候没有断树莓派板子的电，这可能会烧坏了摄像头吗？
